Bonnie Maney, Operations Manager, is an executive-level leader that understands and represents clients to ensure that services are pertinent to their exact needs. She serves as a Project Manager and Communications Consultant with extensive PSAP operations, leadership communications, project management, emergency management, information sharing and technology experience throughout the U.S. at all levels of government. At MCP, Bonnie applies her experience to facilitate assessments and strategic planning, manage program budgets, coordinate contracts and prepare deliverables. Bonnie is skilled in organizing and facilitating diverse workgroups to define user needs and requirements and interoperability planning and investment justifications. In addition, she has delivered technical services under what was previously known as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Emergency Communications Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP).
- John Ferraro, Emergency number professional certified 911 center executive director for Northwest Central Dispatch System in Arlington Heights, Illinois. After serving in the United States Coast Guard, He then gained 29 years in working with other quality 9-1-1 centers like West Suburban Consolidated Dispatch Center (WSCDC) and DU-COMM. In addition, he currently teaches and presents for the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), International Academy of Emergency Dispatch (IAED), and locally at Harper College in Palatine.
