Mission Critical Partners Promotes Darrin Reilly to President

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (November 10, 2020) — Mission Critical Partners (MCP) today announced the promotion of Darrin Reilly to president; he will continue as chief operating officer. Reilly has been serving as MCP’s COO since March 2019. He joined the firm in 2018 as senior vice president of corporate development. His current promotion will support the successful ongoing execution of MCP’s strategic initiatives and further strengthen the firm’s position as a leading provider of services and solutions that support mission-critical communications.

In his newly expanded role, effective November 9, 2020, Reilly now will oversee all finance, accounting and field sales activities. As COO, Reilly has been overseeing all day-to-day operations of the firm, which includes MCP’s two business divisions—consulting and lifecycle management services—as well as organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Reilly will continue to report to Kevin Murray, the company’s founder, chairman and CEO, who will redouble his focus on strategy, client relationships, and acquisitions.

Reilly has demonstrated passion and dedication for the public safety community throughout a career that has spanned more than three decades. Earlier in his career, he served as COO for TriTech Software Systems (now part of CentralSquare Technologies), COO of Airbus DS Communications (formerly PlantCML, now part of Motorola Solutions), and president of Positron Public Safety Systems (now part of Intrado). He also served in various leadership positions at Motorola Solutions. Finally, he is a former chairman of the board of the Industry Council for Emergency Response Technologies (iCERT).

He has a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
