Mission Critical Partners Announces October Webinar On Public Safety Vendor Management

STATE COLLEGE, PA. (October 22, 2018) — Today Mission Critical Partners (MCP), a leading consulting and lifecycle management services firm in the public safety systems and operations field, announced an October webinar designed to help mission-critical agencies learn how to improve vendor performance.

“The average mission-critical agency director oversees more than 30 different vendors responsible for various systems and operations. Our clients are more dependent on vendors than they’ve ever been before, and as a result, spend and risk are increasing while satisfaction is decreasing” said Mark Perkins, senior consultant, MCP.

Perkins will host the webinar, where he will discuss steps that agencies can take to improve vendor performance and drive more value from vendor agreements. Other discussion topics will include:

  • The purpose and objective of vendor agreements
  • What is required to be in an agreement
  • How to facilitate accountability on vendor support performance
  • Strategies and guidelines in negotiating vendor support agreements
