Texas state and local agencies will gain streamlined access to the firm’s IT consulting and managed services
State College, Pa. (February 13, 2026) — Mission Critical Partners (MCP), a leading provider of consulting and managed services for public sector organizations, has been added to the Texas Department of Information Services’ Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) contract vehicle. As a result, MCP is authorized to offer project-based IT solutions and services through Texas DIR’s Cooperative Contracts program.
The program enables Texas state and local agencies, educational institutions, and other public-sector entities to access MCP’s IT advisory and management services through a streamlined procurement process, reducing timelines and accelerating project delivery.
DBITS contracts are ideal for agencies planning an initiative related to:
- Developing and supporting applications, technology modernization, and enterprise resource planning.
- Business intelligence, data management, and analytics services, including data warehousing.
- IT assessments, planning, independent verification, and validation services.
- Procurement, advisory, and implementation services.
- Project and program management.
“The award further strengthens MCP’s presence in Texas and underscores its role as a trusted partner to government organizations nationwide,” said Rich Cagle, chief growth officer, Mission Critical Partners. “By participating in the Texas DIR program, agencies can more quickly engage our team to support critical initiatives without the need for a lengthy procurement process.”
The contract is effective immediately, enabling eligible public sector entities to purchase MCP’s IT advisory and management services directly through this DIR contract.
