Mission Critical Partners, Inc. (MCP) was named as a “2016 Top Consultant” to the public safety sector by MissionCritical Communications magazine. The magazine’s annual Top Consultant program honors consulting firms nominated by its readers.
MCP client Christy Williams, director of the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) 911 Program, nominated the firm. NCTCOG serves a 16-county region that surrounds the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Williams stated that one of the reasons she nominated MCP was because of the approach the firm takes with its clients and their projects.
“I learned very quickly that, regardless of what they’re working on, they approach every project just as if they’re employees of my agency,” Williams said. “Because of that, over time we have been able to build a lot of trust, and there’s nothing more important than trust. They have become our partner, and I truly believe that everyone who works on my account cares about NCTCOG.”
MCP subject-matter experts (SMEs) have supported NCTCOG on a variety of projects over the last several years, including the following:
Another strength of MCP, according to Williams, is the deep knowledge its SMEs possess concerning public safety communications policies and best practices, their ability to anticipate NCTCOG’s needs, and their penchant for honest, no-holds-barred guidance. “One thing I always can count on is that MCP will tell me exactly what I need to hear—even when I might not want to hear it—and I really appreciate that.”
“MCP is proud to be named a MissionCritical Communications magazine Top Consultant and we’re honored to be recognized by one of our clients,” said Kevin Murray, president and founder, Mission Critical Partners. “One of our strengths is versatility. No matter how big or small the agency or its challenges, their mission matters, and we are committed to applying the right amount of expertise and effort to ensuring that every client’s needs are met.”
In addition to NCTCOG, Mission Critical Partners counts the following public safety entities amongst its many clients:
The aforementioned entities are in addition to dozens of agencies on the local, county, state and regional levels for which MCP provides a wide variety of services.
