STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (October 10, 2017) — Mission Critical Partners (MCP) subject-matter expert Louisa Lake was recently awarded the President’s Award from the North Carolina chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) for her work helping members achieve Emergency Number Professional (ENP) certification. The award is given during the annual NC Public-Safety Communications Conference in recognition of exceptional dedication and commitment through outstanding service to the association.
Since 2013, Louisa has coordinated MCP’s ENP Study Group, a complimentary, virtual study program designed to help 9-1-1 professionals prepare for NENA’s ENP certification. More than 500 emergency communications specialists have participated in this program. The eight-session study group is conducted by members of MCP’s team of more than 40 certified ENPs.
“MCP IS PROUD TO HAVE CERTIFIED EMERGENCY NUMBER PROFESSIONALS ON-STAFF,” SAID PRESIDENT AND CEO KEVIN MURRAY. “LOUISA’S EFFORT LEADING THIS PROGRAM IS A KEY CONTRIBUTOR TO ITS SUCCESS. AS AN ORGANIZATION, WE’RE HONORED TO SHARE OUR WISDOM AND EXPERTISE WITH THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION AND GROW PROFESSIONALLY.”
MCP’s ENP study group is free to join and available online. Space is limited and the group fills up quickly. For additional information, contact education@missioncriticalpartners.com.
