STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (March 1, 2021) — Mission Critical Partners (MCP) announced that the Missouri 911 Service Board selected the firm to support the statewide transition from legacy technology to an Internet Protocol (IP)-enabled Next Generation 911 (NG911) platform.
The board’s primary objective is to conduct an NG911 feasibility study, which will guide the state’s implementation process. To support the transition, MCP will conduct the following tasks:
MCP has provided NG911 implementation support for more than 14 state-level programs across the U.S., and currently supports the National 911 Program.
