MCP Announces the Hiring of Three New Experts to Bolster the Company's Public Safety Technology Expertise

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (March 13, 2017)—Mission Critical Partners (MCP) today announced several new additions to its industry-leading roster of public safety technology subject-matter experts. The new hires are as follows:

Deborah Ambruso, Business Development Manager—Debbie will be responsible for driving growth of MCP’s recently-launched lifecycle managed services solutions business, as well as fostering new relationships with public safety sector clients in the Midwest. She joins MCP with more than 20 years of telecommunications experience. Prior to joining MCP, Debbie spent more than a decade at AT&T where she helped create solutions for complex technical applications for mission critical clients. Her prior experience includes work with Global Crossing and MCIWorldcom.

 

Tiffany Howard, Business Development Manager—Howard will serve as a member of the MCP business development team and will concentrate on growing MCP’s market share across all states in the west. Howard’s career spans 20 years in the 911 and telecommunications industry, providing subject-matter expertise in Next Generation 911 telephony systems and services. Prior to joining MCP, she played a leading role in helping Carousel Industries build a public safety business in California. She also has held account management roles at Verizon Business, Plant Equipment, Inc./Airbus DS Communications and Pacific Bell/AT&T Public Safety Solutions. Howard is an active member of the California chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (CALNENA), for which she has served as the Commercial Vice President for six consecutive years.

Molly Falls, Senior Technology Specialist—Falls will be responsible for supporting MCP clients as they implement next generation 911 networks and applications. She joins MCP having most recently served as director or data operations at West, formerly known as Intrado. She spent more than fifteen years serving in various leadership positions and focused on technology deployments, data management and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and wireless solutions for state government clients and large metropolitan areas. Falls holds a Master of Science degree from Ball State University in Information and Communication Sciences.
